Survey and installation

Here's how it works...

Once you contact us we can arrange for an engineer to visit for a no obligation survey of the property in order to deliver the best solution for yourselves. We can then either recommend a particular air-conditioning unit or, if you have already purchased one, advise on the best way to install it. We do not have sales people, the engineer will be the same person who carries out the installation. We should be able to give you a quote there an then and you are free to accept or decide later.

Should you decide to accept we shall arrange an install appointment and possibly purchase for you the equipment. We normally use hand picked local suppliers supplying the very best of what is on offer in the Algarve. We do not make any commission on sales of air-conditioning units meaning you have complete freedom in which machine you decide to install. We will of course explain the pros and cons of all options available.

Installation normally takes 4 hours ( 1/2 day ) per machine and prices start from 190€ inc. IVA (sales tax).

We offer a 2 year guarantee on our work and in the event of a machine failure we will not charge for our visit and will endeavor to help regarding manufacturers warranties.
